Confirmed Concert Dates for
2012
to be held at
The Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center
in Lima, OH. Our concerts this year will feature
soloists from within The Lima Area Concert Band.
May 12, 2012 - Through the Years
This evening features a traditional concert of mast music pervormed
by the LACB - from marches and familiar tunes to favorite music of past
years. |
June 16, 2012 - Sousa Spactacular
A Lima tradition as we present our Annual Sounds of Sousa program,
featuring a program based on the principles of Sousa's great musical format.
From a great overture and Sousa marches to original band music of the March
King and others, a typical Sousa band program is presented. |
July 21, 2012 - Welcome to the Cabaret
Welcome to the Cabaret! Join us in a concert of light band music,
featuring some of our own Lima Area Concert Band soloists and performers. |
September 8, 2012 - Dance
with Me
A concert of music with dance in the title or rhythm in the selecion
highlighting dance feelings. |
